Endeavor of corporate division is to assist clients in various management aspects. At present our corporate division assists clients in following sectors:

Insurance

Suvod Associates has setup a separate group of advisers comprising of insurance professionals and chartered accountants to provide highly professional and effective solutions to their insurance requirements. A total insurance management strategy to fit precise business needs is evolved from detailed examination and analysis of business aspects of the client.


Retirement benefit fund

Recently promulgated Income Internal act, 2058 has brought all benefits of employees into Internal net. However, under section 63 of the act retirement benefits are given preferential treatment under specific conditions. Suvod Associates has setup a unit to advice on retirement benefit plans to its clients and manage the fund for the benefit of employees of the clients. The fund management is handled by chartered accountants experienced in banks and financial institutions.

Services provided are:
 

1. Preparation of retirement benefits plans for employees.   2. Ascertainment of vested and non vested interest of employees.   3. Ascertainment of contribution to be made by employer to meet future and present obligations under retirement plans. 4. Management of retirement benefit fund.
